Job summary

Enhance Academy Trust is seeking an outstanding Educational Psychologist to join our growing Trust and shape inclusive practice across our family of schools. You will provide high-quality Educational Psychology services, supporting pupils, families, school leaders, SENCOs, and staff teams.

You will work alongside the SEND and Inclusion Lead to consult, assess, train, intervene and develop strategic plans that strengthen our inclusive culture and improve outcomes for children and young people,

Qualifications

• Must hold Educational Psychology qualifications and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND and inclusion provision is desirable.
• Ability to work with families, school leaders, SENCOs, and staff teams to improve outcomes.

• Work directly with children, young people, families and staff to improve outcomes.
• Support the development of high-quality SEND and inclusion provision.
• Build strong partnerships with Local Authorities, schools, academies and professional networks.

Enhance Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an outstanding Educational Psychologist to join our growing Trust and play a key role in shaping inclusive practice across our family of schools. Working alongside our SEND and Inclusion Lead, you will provide high-quality educational psychology services across the Trust, supporting pupils, families, school leaders, SENCOs, and staff teams. Through consultation, assessment, training, intervention, and strategic development work, you will help strengthen our inclusive culture and improve outcomes for children and young people, particularly those with SEND and additional vulnerabilities.

We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking professional with the expertise to identify and promote best practice, the confidence to challenge and support colleagues, and the passion to make a meaningful difference to the lives of pupils and families.

The successful candidate will:
