If you are motivated and want to help shape and develop yourself and our service, this could be a fantastic opportunity. We hope you would like to be part of establishing and evolving the service to move forward, whilst maintaining excellent standards of delivery on our statutory requirements. We would also welcome applications from those currently in Year 3 of the professional training course.

Successful applicants will be highly skilled professionals who:

  1. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including an ability to write meaningful and user-friendly feedback following EP involvement.

  3. Have a strong commitment to delivering consultation in order to reach collaborative solutions and bring new perspectives.
  4. Use psychology creatively and ensure children’s outcomes are always the central focus.
  5. Are committed to supporting the inclusion of vulnerable children and young people and proactive in developing inclusive, person-centred / strengths-based approaches that enhance confidence, emotional wellbeing and support children and young people to flourish.
  6. Are able to self-reflect and evaluate performance.
  7. Are able to work successfully within a multi-disciplinary team.
  8. Are confident in using online tools and aware of digital technologies.

We will offer you:

  4. Dedicated CPD time.
  5. A dedicated business administration team.
  6. Access to office space with free car parking.

We have always had the opportunity to work from home (pre-Covid), to access non-designated office bases and to work flexible hours. Agile working arrangements are supported, with your own Microsoft Surface Pro and phone.

We offer a range of benefits. These vary according to the area and role but may include:
