Job summary

Outcomes First Group (OFG) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Wessex Lodge School. You will deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to pupils, working closely with the education team to foster independence in a school setting.

The role offers a £2000 CPD training allowance post-probation, a permanent contract, and a supportive multidisciplinary environment, with full-time hours and a driving requirement.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree
• Valid and up-to-date HCPC registration
• Registered member of RCOT
• Experience providing OT services in a similar education setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Hold an occupational therapy caseload with support from a clinical supervisor.
• Collaborate with education teams to meet pupils' needs.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
