Job summary

Switch Up is seeking an Education Tutor to deliver high-quality, inclusive education through our Alternative Provision in Mansfield/Nottingham. The role is term-time only, pro rata, with a 37.5 hour week and a fixed-term contract.

You will work with young people who may have SEMH or SEN needs, providing one-to-one or small group tutoring and supporting mentoring activities. Experience in education settings is preferred; you should be highly organised, resilient and capable of engaging

Qualifications

• Teaching: 1 year (preferred).
• Tutoring: 1 year (required).
• Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe, and inclusive education through our Alternative Provision.
• Tutor young people one-to-one or in small groups.
• Support mentoring activity where appropriate.
