Connex Education Partnership is looking for a Resource Consultant to join our friendly Bristol team. You don't need recruitment experience.

What we're really looking for is someone with a strong work ethic, great communication skills, attention to detail and a genuine interest in working with people and education. As a Resource Consultant, you'll help us find and support great education professionals for schools, advertise vacancies, build relationships with candidates, and guide them through

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role, either face-to-face or over the phone.
• Confidence speaking to people and not afraid to pick up the phone.
• Resilient, hardworking and motivated.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Can work at pace while maintaining high standards.
• Genuine interest in education and working with people.
• Great sense of humor and team player.
• Morning person – day starts at 7.15am.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies and attract suitable candidates.
• Search CV databases and identify potential candidates.
• Speak to candidates over the phone and discuss experience and suitability.
• Build strong relationships with candidates.
• Qualify candidates and match with school opportunities.
• Support candidates through compliance and vetting processes.
• Work with schools to provide the right staff.
• Keep candidates informed and supported throughout their journey.
• Work towards targets with high service and accuracy.
