Talent Chief Ltd is partnering with a client, the leading supplier of SEND staff in England and Wales, to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant for SEN Education in Bristol.

You will manage the full lifecycle from business development to placing candidates, with a commission-based incentive and a strong focus on targets. Experience in education recruitment and familiarity with teaching backgrounds are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in 360 education recruitment.
• Experience working towards targets.
• Ambitious and driven by success.
• IT literacy with MS Office and quick system adoption.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Fulfil requirements from candidates and customers with smooth coordination.
• Arrange interviews and manage priorities and time efficiently.
