Qualifications

• Previous experience in a full 360 recruitment role is essential, and ideally within the education sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business development abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Great negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with the UK education system and qualifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with both schools and candidates.
• Utilise a variety of recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent within the education sector.
• Interview and screen potential candidates to match their skills and aspirations with suitable positions.
• Provide exceptional client service, working to understand the exact needs of schools and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Work to specific targets and KPIs, with the focus on placing quality candidates and building a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of the education sector, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Attend networking events, career fairs, and school functions to increase brand awareness and candidate attraction.
• Advise both clients and candidates on industry standards, salary levels, and career opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards within the education and recruitment industries.
• Utilise our CRM system to manage candidate data, client information, and track all stages of the recruitment process.
