Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, social media and referrals.
• Make outbound calls to engage teachers and education professionals.
• Build relationships with candidates and understand their experience and preferences.
• Conduct initial screening conversations and identify suitable candidates for school opportunities.
