Academics Hull is seeking a motivated Candidate Resourcer to join our growing team in Hull. You will build relationships with education professionals, source candidates through job boards and referrals, and support the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service across Hull and the East Riding.

You don't necessarily need recruitment experience; a positive attitude, clear communication and a proactive approach can lead to success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, social media and referrals.
• Making outbound calls to engage teachers, teaching assistants and other education professionals.
• Building relationships with candidates, understanding their experience, availability and career ambitions.
• Conducting initial screening conversations and identifying suitable candidates for school opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and keeping our recruitment database up to date.
• Supporting the recruitment team with registration, compliance and candidate management.
