Job summary

Academics Ltd in Hull is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer for the Education division. You will learn to find, register, interview and place candidates for school roles, with progression to a Recruitment Consultant within 12 months.

Based in a friendly office, you will receive full training, a clear progression path, and financial incentives including commission as you grow with the team. Salary will be £26,500–£28,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Recruitment Resourcer Education - Hull

Salary: £26,500 - £28,000

Candidate Resourcer / Recruitment Resourcer - Education - to join our branch in Hull.

Our Hull office currently has an opportunity for a recruitment resourcer to support our team of consultants.

We will train you to find, register, interview and place candidates to the point where you are ready to step up to a full blown recruitment consultant role within 12 months.

We are one of the leading education recruitment consultancies in the UK, with over 100 recruitment consultants across 20+ offices in UK. Our Education Recruitment Consultants provide teachers, teaching assistants and school support staff to over a thousand Primary and Secondary schools every day, for both short and long term assignments.

The Role:

• Working with Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools across Hull and the surrounding areas
• Advertising positions, interviewing candidates & arranging interviews
• Conducting a full and comprehensive recruitment and onboarding process for teachers and teaching assistants looking or short and long term work placements
• Excellent career progression opportunities, often within the first 12 months
