Job summary

Broomfield South SILC is seeking Education Support Workers for our Outreach and Inreach provisions in Leeds. The roles are full-time permanent at C1 pay scale, 32.5 hours per week during term time plus 5 training days.

You will work across our main site and partnership provision, supporting pupils with ASC, SLCN and SEMH needs in caring, varied settings. We offer CPD, a professional team and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Autistic pupils and complex needs.
• Experience in education, health or social care settings.
• Able to work within Outreach and Inreach provision.

Responsibilities

• Support Education Support Workers in Outreach and Inreach roles.
• Assist with plan delivery and monitoring of pupil progress.
• Provide positive behaviour support and independence focus.
