Job summary

Broomfield South SILC is seeking Education Support Workers to join our Outreach and Inreach provision. The role involves delivering personalised learning to children with ASC, SLCN, and complex needs within post-16 and KS1-4 contexts across main site and partnership sites.

You will work as part of an MDT with therapists and social care colleagues, providing substantial support, implementing trauma-informed strategies, and supporting families in the home and community to reinforce learning and
