This job vacancy is approximately a 23-minute commute from Ferndown via the B3078. You would be working 12-hour shifts once there.
You will be supporting young adults within a Special Education Needs Residential College. The young people you support have autism and mental health needs. Your role involves assisting them both in the classroom and in their residential home, teaching valuable life skills, and making a positive difference in their lives. You will help prepare them for adult life and facilitate their transition into further education, training, or employment. Additionally, you will mentor and support them during evening activities, sports, or hobbies, both on and off-site.
