A leading care provider is seeking a Support Worker for their new supported living service in Poole. The role involves assisting individuals with daily tasks and promoting independence. JOB ROLE: Support Worker
HOURS: 40 per week
LOCATION: Poole, BH14
SALARY: £12.60 - £13.30* per hour
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our brand-new supported living service in Hermitage Road.

We then work closely with them, their family, circle of support, and other professionals to define goals and how we can work together to achieve them.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service, including:
