Dimensions is a leading not-for-profit provider supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. Support Workers in Weymouth will work with a gentleman who has learning disabilities and autism, supporting him at his home. Your role will be to empower his independence and help him live the life he chooses.
The gentleman we support is in his twenties, very active, and enjoys activities like swimming, dancing, art, outdoor walks, photography, and visiting local spots like West Bay. Support Workers should be happy to:
We are looking for full-time Support Workers. Shifts typically start at 07:30 and may end at 20:00 or 22:00. Support Workers will also undertake 2 sleep-in shifts per week, paid at an allowance of £50 per sleep-in. The pay rate is £12.85 per hour.
Additional support may involve help with finances, meal preparation, and personal care.
