University of Exeter is seeking an Education Support Advisor on a 0.9FTE fixed-term basis to cover maternity from 19 October 2026 to 15 October 2027. The role offers hybrid working with campus and home-based days, leading a small team and supporting student programmes from enrolment to graduation.

This 0.9FTE (32.85 hours weekly) fixed-term post is available from 19 October 2026 on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity until 15 October 2027.
Applications for secondments will be considered subject to agreement from your current line manager.
The starting salary will be from £33,951 (per annum pro rata) on Grade E, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.
As a key member of the Education Support team, you'll be part of a Hub Team supporting the delivery of programme and student support, contributing to the vibrant learning environment at the University of Exeter.
