Dataspire Solutions is seeking a senior commercial leader to launch and grow Dataspire ONE in Manchester. The ideal candidate will engage directly with senior leaders in UK education to drive sales and build a strong team.

This role demands a proven track record in commercial leadership, ideally with experience in managing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire commercial cycle, ensuring the success of this innovative service.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of carrying and hitting service targets.
• History of opening senior conversations and building commercial functions.
• Comfortable in MAT boardrooms with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities and run the full sales cycle.
• Build a qualified pipeline against the Dataspire ONE Ideal Customer Profile.
• Personally lead the delivery of Strategy & Assurance work for the first cohort.
• Document the playbook as you build the team.

Skills

Senior commercial or leadership experience in UK education

Ability to influence senior stakeholders

Understanding of cybersecurity and DfE standards

Experience in sales of strategic services
