Job summary

Supporting Education Group is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Operations Leader to own the full P&L for SupplyBank, lead the MSP product/team at national scale, and drive delivery excellence across MATs and school groups. You will manage senior client relationships, shape growth initiatives, and embed a high-performance culture while collaborating with product and technology teams.

Qualifications

• P&L ownership at business unit or divisional level.
• Significant operational leadership experience in MSP, recruitment, or education staffing.
• Proven track record of driving commercial growth while remaining hands-on.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Experience leading teams and building high-performance cultures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.
• Strong communication and strategic execution capabilities.
• Proactive, accountable, and status-quo challenging mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the SupplyBank business unit and deliver budgets, revenue, gross margin and EBITDA targets.
• Take ownership of SupplyBank MSP product/team and drive national delivery performance.
• Lead from the front with a hands-on approach within operations.
• Manage operational relationships with MAT clients and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to scale SupplyBank across MATs and school groups.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, education partners and networks.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes and customer experience.
• Leverage data and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive improvement.
• Ensure high standards of delivery, governance and compliance.
• Coach and develop teams to foster a high-performing culture.
• Drive commercial growth while maintaining operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams for platform enhancements.
• Align with the wider Recruitment and Supply leadership team on strategy.
