Job summary

Advanced Secure Technologies is seeking an Education Solutions Executive to drive new business in the UK education sector. You’ll undergo a 90-day Academy, learn our product suite, and engage with schools and universities to expand our footprint.

You don’t need prior sales experience—ambition, curiosity, and drive matter. Grow into specialist or consultant roles with coaching from in-house and external experts.

• Two A Levels (or equivalent) preferred.

Location: Cardiff (office-based, 5 days a week)

Salary: £26,225 - £28,000 DOE + uncapped commission | £50,000 OTE

Start date: Winter 2026/27 intake

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

As an Education Solutions Executive, you'll take that technology to new customers as well as take responsibility for some of our Key Accounts. We'll give you the training, coaching and support to help you grow into a senior Specialist or Consultant role.

• No sales experience or degree needed
• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships

• Good organisation and attention to detail
• A real appetite to learn and grow
• Two A Levels (or equivalent) preferred, but please still apply if you don't have them
• An interest in education or technology is a bonus, but not essential
• We're interested in your potential as much as your experience.
