Education Law Department:

This department offers comprehensive legal advice on complex education issues, including special education needs, school exclusions, academy conversions, safeguarding, and social care matters. We support families and institutions to find appropriate solutions for children's education and well-being.

Main Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Department Director
• Provide proactive, client-focused legal services with sensitivity
• Handle all aspects of Education Law, including SEN, admissions, and social care judicial reviews
• Assist with academy conversions, health & safety, parental disputes, and safeguarding
• Manage caseloads effectively and maintain accurate time records
• Ensure proper file management and compliance

• Must hold a valid Practicing Certificate

• Proven supervisory experience and KPI awareness
