Prospero Teaching is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to join our education recruitment team in Leeds. You will conduct safeguarding and vetting checks for teachers, tutors, and support staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with sector standards and legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance or safeguarding roles is desirable.
• Experience in education recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain high safeguarding standards and manage sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full vetting and compliance checks for workers.
• Verify Right to Work, identity, DBS, safeguarding, and prohibitions.
• Input data into internal systems and produce weekly reports.
