The successful candidate will hold essential qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, DBS) and demonstrate strong communication, risk management, and problem‑solving

Qualifications

• Experience delivering refurbishment projects in live environments such as education/healthcare.
• Proven site leadership with ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong health and safety knowledge on occupied sites.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations.
• Supervising subcontractors and direct labour.
• Ensuring adherence to programme and deadlines.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality.
• Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks.
• Coordinating with client representatives and project stakeholders.
• Producing site reports and progress updates.
• Ensuring works meet project specifications.
