Job summary

Smile Education in Birmingham city centre is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our education recruitment team. You will build relationships with schools and teachers, win business, and manage temporary and permanent vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

We offer uncapped commission from day one, a starting salary of £25,500, up to £40,000, and a first-year OTE of £30,000–£45,000+. Training, progression, and a supportive culture are provided.

Responsibilities

• Cold call schools and education professionals to generate opportunities.
• Win new business and grow client relationships.
• Source, interview and place teachers and support staff.
• Manage temporary and permanent vacancies.
• Conduct client visits and business development meetings.
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain relationships.
• Work towards KPIs, activity targets and revenue goals.
• Overcome objections and thrive in a competitive environment.
