Job summary

Classroom Support places teaching assistants and SEND support staff in schools across London and Kent. You will speak to school leaders and SENCOs every day, visit schools, register strong candidates and match them to the right booking.

A patch of your own and clear route to more will be yours, with a modern Bromley office and strong incentives. Industry leading commission paid monthly, career progression based on staff you manage, and hands-on training from leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
• Comfortable speaking to school leaders daily.
• Willing to work hard initially to build your client base.
• Experience in education or SEND is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for schools when support is needed.
• Speak daily with school leaders and SENCOs.
• Visit schools and register strong candidates.
• Match candidates to bookings to ensure strong pupil support.
