The London Teaching Pool Ltd is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant for its education division in Romford. You will build your own desk, develop strong client relationships and drive placements across the education sector.

With an industry-leading uncapped commission structure and clear progression, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement and account management, aiming to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in education or a specialist sector.
• Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle from BD to placement and account management.
• Confident in developing new business opportunities and long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, target-driven and focused on exceeding expectations.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Commercially minded, organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Genuine desire to build a successful recruitment career and maximise earnings.
