Join Our Team as an Education Recruitment Consultant!

Location: Budshead Road, Plymouth

Hours: Full-Time (7am - 5pm, flexible!)

Work From Home: Wednesdays (because who doesn’t love a WFH day?)

Reduced Hours: 9am - 3pm during half terms, Easter, Christmas, and Summer holidays – more time for fun!

We’re seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Plymouth team. You’ll work with schools across Cornwall & Devon, helping them find the best teaching and support staff. No experience? No problem! We provide training and a clear path to Branch Manager, plus uncapped commission to boost your earnings.

The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll connect schools with talented teachers and support staff, recruiting for both short-term and long-term placements, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with schools across Devon & Cornwall.
• Use your creativity and sales skills to attract new clients.
• Network in person, over the phone, and on social media.
• Identify top candidates through various recruitment methods.
• Provide excellent service to schools and candidates.
• Manage bookings and client needs using Salesforce.
• Participate in sponsorship activities and other fun initiatives.

What You Need To Succeed

• A valid Driving Licence and access to your own car.
• Previous sales experience (not necessarily in education).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
• A motivated, eager-to-learn attitude.
• A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for a lively work environment.
