Job summary

KPI Education, based in Manchester city centre, is seeking a Candidate Consultant to manage the candidate journey from attraction to placement. The role offers a base salary of £28,000–£32,000 with uncapped bonuses and an OTE of £40,000+, plus 25 days holiday and your birthday off.

You will work closely with recruitment consultants and school partners to maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates, through sourcing, registrations and interviews, helping schools fill roles across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally in education or high-volume environments.
• Confident and personable with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy candidate pipeline and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via job boards and LinkedIn.
• Manage applications and proactively headhunt candidates.
• Conduct registrations and interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, consultants and schools.
• Manage offers and support onboarding processes.
• Develop candidate referral networks and maintain relationships.
