Inspire Education Group is seeking a Quality Lead Practitioner to drive teaching, learning and assessment improvements across our Peterborough and Stamford campuses. You will collaborate with curriculum and quality teams to champion outstanding classroom practice and support staff development.

With a Level 5 teaching qualification and a track record in coaching or mentoring colleagues, you will analyse performance, implement improvement strategies and influence others to sustain high learner

Formación

• Qualified to Level 5 in Teaching (PGCE, Cert Ed, DET or equivalent).
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues to improve practice.
• Strong communication and influence to build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on teaching, learning and innovation across curriculum areas.
• Support and coach staff to develop skills and maximise learner outcomes.
• Deliver CPD opportunities that inspire improvement and professional growth.
• Work with curriculum leaders and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Support learning walks, teaching reviews and quality improvement activities.
