Job summary

• QTS status and classroom experience with SEND/SEMH/complex barriers.
• Experience designing and overseeing bespoke education programmes.
• Ability to coordinate with families, tutors and professionals.
• Strong safeguarding and partnership building.

Responsibilities

• Assess referrals and design bespoke education programme structures.
• Oversee learner progress, safeguarding and reintegration planning.
• Guide tutors, mentors and families, ensuring responsive provision.
• Attend multi-agency meetings and maintain accurate records.
• Build relationships with commissioners and local authorities.
