Job summary

You will assist with the development and implementation of learning programmes, monitor learner progress and support tutors and delivery staff, including performance and workforce development, while upholding safeguarding, equality and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assess learners, supporting high-quality learning and learner achievement.
• Assist with development and implementation of learning programmes within locality and curriculum area.
• Support management, development and training of tutors and delivery staff, including performance and workforce development.
• Contribute to quality assurance, self-assessment and improvement planning.
• Monitor achievement, retention, success and progression; help learners move towards positive next steps.
• Build effective relationships with partner agencies, families, employers and education sector colleagues.
• Develop and support work experience opportunities linked to study programme provision.
• Follow safeguarding, safe learner, equality, health and safety and risk management procedures.
