Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Azoma, the agentic commerce platform, is seeking an Education Program Manager & Evangelist to define and drive our accreditation program. You'll translate market needs into a scalable curriculum and training that our CPG and retail customers rely on.
You should be comfortable on camera, speak from experience in brand or ecommerce, and be excited to shape Azoma's public voice as we grow in London.
Azoma is the platform helping the world's biggest brands win in agentic commerce. When shoppers ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Amazon Rufus, Walmart Sparky for a product recommendation, Azoma makes sure our clients - Mars, L'Oreal, Unilever, and 15+ global CPGs more - are the answer. We're a Series A company, and we've been in this space since 2022, long before it was trendy.
AI shopping agents are reshaping how consumers discover and buy products. Brands are losing visibility overnight as search shifts from Google to LLMs. Most companies don't even know where to start. We built the platform that fixes this, and now we need someone to teach the market why it matters.
Education Program Manager & Evangelist, Agentic Commerce. You'll be the face of Azoma in the market. That means building our agentic commerce accreditation program — the curriculum, certifications, and training that our CPG and retail customers use to understand and adopt agentic commerce. It means creating LinkedIn shorts, thought leadership content, and talking about what's happening in this space with the authority of someone who's been in the trenches of commerce. Think social media influencer, but for B2B commerce.
Someone who's worked at a global CPG brand or an ecommerce challenger brand. Brand, marketing, ecommerce, digital, transformation — any of these functions, as long as you've been on the inside of a commerce business and can speak from experience. You should be comfortable on camera, excited about building educational programs from scratch, and ready to be the public voice of a company defining a new category. This is a junior-to-mid-level role — we want someone who'll grow with us.
The chance to define how the market understands agentic commerce. Direct access to the founders (Max is ex-Amazon, Timur is a PhD AI researcher). A platform already trusted by 18 of the top 30 global FMCGs. London-based, in office 4 days/week. Equity, competitive salary for our stage, and the opportunity to build something from the ground up in a category that's only going to get bigger.
