Job summary

Rose & Young Recruitment Ltd., Coventry, is seeking a Payroll & Pensions Officer to maintain payroll and pension data and liaise with the external provider. You will ensure accurate salary movements and timely reporting.

The role requires handling variations, holiday pay, and pension contributions within a busy education setting. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will ensure data accuracy, respond to payroll queries, and support statutory payments and reports while maintaining compliance with

Qualifications

• Experience with Term Time payroll.
• Educated to CPP or equivalent.
• Experience within an Educational setting.
• Experience providing end to end payroll support.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in payroll and pension administration to ensure accurate data.
• Liaise with managers, employees and external organisations to resolve payroll queries.
• Process payroll variations including starters, leavers, overtime and benefits.
• Check payroll reports and ensure timely deadlines are met.
