Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Baston House School and Woodside Park. You will deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have developmental trauma, be neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs.

You will work within the OFG OT ways of working in an education setting. You will hold an OT caseload with support from a clinical supervisor and contribute to staff training and consultation.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree and HCPC registration are essential.
• RCOT membership and experience in similar settings are desirable.
• Experience with neurodivergent individuals and SEMH in educational contexts is advantageous.
• Good report writing and collaboration with multi-professional teams are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke occupational therapy assessments and interventions to pupils.
• Hold an occupational therapy caseload with clinical supervision.
• Work collaboratively with the education team to support pupil independence.
• Contribute to staff training and provide consultation as required.
