Lincolnshire County Council is seeking an Education Mentor to support vulnerable adolescents within the Future 4 Me Team. The role involves developing 1:1 mentoring relationships, advocating for learners out of education, training and employment, and working with Children Services and education providers to improve attendance and engagement.

The position is based at Carlton Road Youth Centre in Boston; hybrid working and travel are required as part of the duties.

Competenze

Experience mentoring vulnerable adolescents.
Ability to support improved attendance and engagement.
Capacity to work with Children Services and education providers.
