Job summary

Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is recruiting three Band 5 Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners to work with the Peterborough and Huntingdon/Mental Health Support Teams. Posts involve travel to schools and collaboration across education and healthcare settings.

Successful applicants will deliver early interventions to CYP and families, with regular supervision and a base in Hampton or Huntingdon. Registration with BPS or BABCP is required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assessments of children, young people, parents and carers.
• Develop and deliver evidence‑based interventions addressing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
• Deliver services across educational settings and healthcare sectors.
• Travel around allocated schools within Peterborough and Huntingdon areas.
• Receive regular supervision to support practice as an autonomous practitioner.
