Job summary

Milton Keynes College is seeking an experienced Education Manager to join the Education Team at HMP Ford on a part-time basis. You will demonstrate decisive leadership in the management of all aspects of the Department’s work and spearhead delivery of the Prison Education Services contract.

The successful candidate will lead standards, drive performance, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to raise learning outcomes and student success.

Job description

MK College group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Education Manager to join the Education Team based at HMP Ford on a part-time basis. As Education Manager, you will demonstrate clear, decisive, and enterprising leadership in the effective and efficient management of all aspects of the Department’s work.
The Education Manager will spearhead the delivery of the Prison Education Services contract. They lead standards, drive team performance, focusing on relationship management with key stakeholders and setting the direction of the department.
The successful candidate will have management experience and be able to inspire and challenge staff to create a dynamic culture of innovation with outstanding learning, teaching and student success throughout. You will lead the department in raising standards through the rigorous implementation of target setting, continuous performance management and quality improvement.
