The National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) is seeking a proactive Coordinator to join the Leadership Faculty. Based across Birmingham, Blackburn or Doncaster campuses, the role coordinates the delivery and operations of leadership programmes, with hybrid working and occasional travel.

Ideal candidates will have strong administrative experience in coordinating events, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience with coordinating events and activities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to adapt to different audiences.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate enrolment and onboarding for leadership programmes, including NPQs and CEO Programme.
• Administer programme delivery and regional operations across sites.
• Coordinate assessment readiness activities with NPQ partners.
• Develop and execute a communications plan for Faculty and regional teams.
• Maintain programme infrastructure to track delivery and financials.
• Manage team communications and workflow across regions.
• Serve as a point of contact for partners and participants on logistics.
• Collect and analyse data on engagement and quality to inform design.
