The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the central HR Team in Leeds. You will influence senior leaders to shape people, culture and performance across a multi‑academy trust and deliver high-impact outcomes.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will drive organisational development, performance management and change initiatives, using data to support decisions and champion safeguarding and equity across all schools.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven experience in HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Advisor roles.
• Confidence handling complex and sensitive employee relations issues.

Responsabilités

• Align HR strategy with organisational goals.
• Lead on complex employee relations cases, bringing clarity and resolution at pace.
• Drive organisational development, performance management and change initiatives.
• Use data and insight to influence and support decision making.
• Support talent management, succession planning and workforce development.
