Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a 12-month student placement in Maidenhead to support UK Professional Education and Development. You will help plan and run educational events for Eye Care Professionals, coordinating logistics, attendees and faculty, and assisting with online and in-person formats.

This paid placement offers learning across event management, supplier coordination, content approval, and CE credits administration, with travel where required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of degree-level study completed.
• Minimum 2:1 in first year of study.
• Business or event management degree types preferred.
• Willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist UK Professional Education & Development Team with event planning and execution.
• Coordinate logistics for attendees and faculty, on-site or online.
• Coordinate suppliers and services for education events.
• Support content approval and educational materials processes.
• Track attendance and manage pre/post-event tasks and CE credits uploads.
