Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision in Maidenhead is offering a 12‑month Non‑LDP Intern/Co‑Op in Career Programs. The role supports the planning and delivery of educational events for Eye Care Professionals, coordinating logistics and contributing to the STEP programme.

You will work with the UK Professional Education and Development Team to ensure smooth event execution, handling attendee and faculty logistics and learning activities in a global healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of degree-level study completed.
• Minimum 2:1 in first year of study.
• Business related, event management degree preferred.
• Travel to event venues with occasional overnight stays may be required.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and ownership of projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support UK Professional Education and Development Team with event planning, organisation and execution.
• Manage logistics for attendees and faculty, on-site and virtual formats.
• Serve as main day-of-contact for faculty and attendees to ensure smooth course delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport) to deliver required services for education delivery.
• Ensure activities comply with Health Care Compliance guidelines and processes for events.
• Assist with promotional materials briefing and delivery, and manage copy approval processes for professional content.
• Track attendance and manage pre- and post-event processes; support CE/Training credits uploads to relevant portals.
