Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision seeks a proactive intern/coop to support the Education and Development Team in planning and delivering eye-care education programmes. Qualifications

• 2 years of degree level study completed.
• Minimum 2:1 achieved in first year of study.
• Business related or event management degree types preferred.
• May require travel to event venues with occasional overnight stays.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support UK Professional Education and Development Team with event planning, organisation and execution.
• Manage logistics for attendees and faculty, both in-person and digital.
• Serve as main point of contact on event days for faculty and attendees.
• Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport) to ensure service delivery for education events.
• Ensure activities comply with Health Care Compliance guidelines and processes for contractor engagement.
• Source promotional materials and manage briefing to delivery
• Support copy approval for professional content and materials.
• Track attendance and manage pre/post event processes.
• Manage Continuing Education & Training credits uploads where required.
