Competenze

• Completion of 2 years of degree-level study.
• Minimum 2:1 in first year of study.
• Business or event management degree preferred.
• Willing to travel to event venues with occasional overnight stays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with planning and execution of educational events and training programmes for Eye Care Professionals.
• Coordinate event logistics for in-person and digital courses.
• Be the main point of contact on event days for faculty and attendees.
• Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport, etc.) to deliver education services.
• Ensure activities comply with Health Care Compliance (HCC) guidelines.
• Source promotional materials and manage briefing to delivery of finished items.
• Support copy approval for professional content and materials.
• Track attendance and manage pre/post-event processes.
• Upload Continuing Education & Training credits to the General Optical Council portal.
