Job summary

Harris Academy Clapham and Harris Clapham Sixth Form are seeking a highly organised Data Officer to ensure the accuracy, integrity and effective management of academy data across both sites.

You will provide strategic data oversight for operational performance and decision-making, manage timetables and statutory returns, and support staff with training on Bromcom, Power BI and other MIS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Management Information System (MIS).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Experience in a data-focused education role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage academy data systems (Bromcom, Power BI, MIS).
• Provide strategic data oversight to support performance.
• Manage timetables, changes and set movements.
• Coordinate census returns and submit student/workforce data.
• Produce behaviour, attendance and performance reports.
• Manage parental reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Train staff on data systems and provide ongoing support.
• Analyse student data including attainment and Pupil Premium.
• Coordinate year-end processes and data validation.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across the academy.
