Qualifications

• Understanding of current data protection legislation and willingness to increase knowledge.
• Experience working unsupervised and taking ownership of problems.
• Experience keeping accurate records in an organized manner.
• Meticulous approach to case handling details.
• Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of education environment is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and ongoing support on data protection compliance for schools.
• Conduct data protection audits to identify gaps and support improvements.
• Deliver Subject Access Request redaction.
• Support schools remotely and onsite as required.
• Assist with establishing an effective data protection culture.
