We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Services Team Leader to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, efficient and client-focused service. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Data Services help desk, ensuring client queries, tickets and requests are managed effectively, prioritised appropriately and seen through to resolution. To support the effective delivery of the service, you will lead, support and develop a team of Data Protection Consultants, providing direction, coaching and oversight to maintain high standards of performance, quality and client care.
Success in this role requires both strong people leadership and a solid professional understanding of compliance, advisory or consultancy services. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage service delivery, drive accountability and make informed day-to-day operational decisions that ensure client queries, projects and service requests are managed efficiently from receipt through to resolution. You will do this through the leadership, development and support of a high-performing team.
You will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, team workload, service quality and client outcomes, ensuring that work is prioritised effectively, completed within agreed timescales and delivered to a consistently high standard. You will act as a senior point of support, providing coaching, guidance and direction, while also managing complex client matters and driving continuous improvement across the service.
