Job summary

Elliptic is seeking a maternity-cover Education professional to own the full scope of education content and LMS operations for roughly 12 months, working with the Director of Education Product Development. You will design and deliver learning content for banking and financial institutions, using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and ElevenLabs.

You’ll collaborate with experts across teams, help educate customers and learners, and apply AI tools to optimise content and day-to-day LMS tasks within a

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end learning design, from storyboard through build and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise 360).
• Experience managing an LMS and the learner experience (enrolment, troubleshooting, admin).
• B2B and B2C learning creation experience.
• Experience delivering learning across multiple delivery channels.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and learners, including front-of-house when needed.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end learning design and build for learners and training managers.
• Create bespoke storyboards and modules for banking and financial institution customers.
• Build e-learning modules using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and ElevenLabs.
• Refresh and evolve Elliptic Learn products to stay current and accurate.
• Own LMS operations and onboarding of internal and external learners, troubleshooting as needed
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape content and participate in content-marketing projects
• Leverage AI tools to optimise content creation and LMS workflows.
