Zusammenfassung

Elliptic, a London-based leader in crypto analytics, seeks a maternity‑cover Learning Content & LMS Specialist. You will own education content and the LMS, delivering end-to-end learning design and multi-channel modules for diverse clients.

You will collaborate with the Education Product Development team, use Articulate Rise 360, Canva and ElevenLabs, and explore AI-enabled workflows to raise learning impact.

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end learning design experience from storyboard to deployment.
• Experience with Articulate Rise 360 ( Rise 360 ) preferred.
• Experience managing an LMS and learner experience (enrolment, troubleshooting, admin).
• B2B and B2C learning content development experience.
• Experience delivering learning across multiple channels.
• Strong communication with customers and learners.

Aufgaben

• Own the full scope of education content and LMS operations.
• Design, build and update e-learning modules for diverse clients.
• Refresh and evolve Elliptic Learn content to stay current.
• Create learning materials from knowledge delivery to practical exercises.
• Develop product-based learning to certify users of analytics tools.
• Lead learning journeys across traditional finance, crypto, and government segments.
• Manage day-to-day LMS operations and user onboarding.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and contribute to content marketing.
• Test and deploy new technologies to enhance learning experience.
• Utilize AI tools to optimise content creation and workflows.
