Job summary

Elliptic is seeking a maternity cover Education content and LMS lead to own our education content and LMS operations for a fixed-term contract of circa 12 months. You will work with the Director of Education Product Development to deliver engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences across banking, crypto, and government sectors.

You'll design end-to-end learning, build bespoke modules using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and ElevenLabs, and ensure content remains accurate and current.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end learning/instructional design from storyboard to deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise 360.
• Experience managing an LMS and learner experience (enrolment, troubleshooting, admin).
• Experience creating learning for B2B and B2C audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end learning content with compelling narratives.
• Create bespoke storyboards and modules for banking and financial institution customers.
• Develop LMS operations including enrolment, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Produce learning materials from knowledge delivery to immersive practical exercises.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and content-marketing teams.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance learner experience.
