Job Title: Education Compliance & Resource Assistant
Location: Hoop Recruitment, Cardiff (CF10 4GE)
Salary: £25k-26k per annum+ Benefits+ Commission
Reporting to: Blair Driscoll (Director of Education)
Working pattern: Cardiff / Hybrid (3 days office & 2 days WFH)
Hours: 37.5 per week
We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our Education team in our Cardiff branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication and organisational skills, and is passionate about delivering a high standard of service. As you develop within the role, there will be the opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Consultant position, taking on greater responsibility for business development, client management, and candidate placement.
This is a varied role where you’ll support both our compliance and resourcing functions, playing a key part in helping us deliver an outstanding service to our schools and education professionals.
As one of the first points of contact for candidates, you’ll be speaking with people over the phone, so a confident and friendly telephone manner is essential. From carrying out initial candidate conversations and supporting compliance checks to assisting with sourcing great talent for our Education team, no two days are the same.

No previous experience of recruitment, or CRM systems is required. Full training and onboarding will be provided on all processes, systems, and compliance requirements relevant to this role.
