Randstad Staffing is seeking a Client Solutions Director for the Education sector. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, oversee client relationships, and drive revenue growth across education clients.

The role offers flexible remote work and a high earning potential with a strong commission structure. Successful candidates will have recruitment industry BD experience, strong leadership or billing background, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within the recruitment industry.
• Strong billing consultant background or leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Education sector experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase relationships across the Education market.
• Take ownership of Education clients and drive business forward.
• Develop new business with target clients both virtually and face to face.
• Conduct review meetings with existing clients.
• Understand competitors in the market.
• Provide data and insight to current and new clients to build better relationships.
• Promote our staffing solutions to the Education sector across a specific region.
